Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory with meticulous accuracy and real-time tracking
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks using efficient stacking methods
- Maintain organized storage areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
