Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; update inventory systems in real-time
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and FIFO compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingual skills highly advantageous
