Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming materials in designated warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory with precision
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment to clients
- Maintain detailed inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
