Responsibilities
- Handle, move, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Ensure proper storage and stacking of materials to prevent damage
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
