Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed stock records
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipping/receiving, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and dock coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
