Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time stock documentation
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure quality compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to maximize space utilization
- Support shipping/receiving processes and coordinate with carriers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
