Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided upon certification).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and orders.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons and holidays.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
