Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to organize/rotate inventory
- Execute quality control checks for food safety compliance
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols strictly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekend/holiday shifts
