Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., tape guns, scales, box cutters) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors
- Load/unload trucks and maintain organized warehouse inventory
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
