Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Verify that all items are correctly packed, labeled, and secured.
- Ensure all packing stations are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order processing.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shifts.
