Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and automated systems
- Verify product quality and quantities against packing lists
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers) efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipment targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to shift supervisor immediately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
