Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse associates to ensure efficient daily operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement lean practices
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight and manage dock schedules
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet client delivery deadlines
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
