Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and goods efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas with precision
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and 1+ years of operating experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift-based work
