Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify contents against packing lists.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and shipping logs.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants eager to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is required.
