Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Ensure all inventory is stored safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to verify forklift condition and safety features.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Accurately document and report any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) with valid license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
- Relevant experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred.
