Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize order picking/packing processes using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Execute cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock integrity
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly KPIs
- Document warehouse activities in real-time using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends for overtime shifts
- Basic math skills and ability to read shipping manifests
