Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damage, discrepancies, and overall quality control standards.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and weight limits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels, orders, and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
