Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper stock placement.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift operator certification (required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
