Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from inventory using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Prepare packages for shipping, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and weight limits are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (AIB standards).
- Operate standard warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
