Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in real-time systems
- Maintain organized staging areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily throughput goals
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
