Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify and inspect items for damages or defects before packaging.
- Scan barcodes and input data into warehouse management systems.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on-site).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
