Job Summary:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for selecting products for orders and preparing them for shipment efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing.
- Label, box, and seal packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
