Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or RF guns to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and quality against purchase orders before packaging.
- Label, wrap, and box items securely for safe shipping to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights if required.
