As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately. Whether you have experience in a warehouse or are looking for your first job, we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using barcode scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging is secure before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyor systems as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
