Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of shipments for delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be reliable and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting are essential.
