Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to comply with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
