Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise from storage areas based on pick lists and orders.
- Pack, seal, and label items securely for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the correct items are sent and are in good condition.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Update inventory systems and logs accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (essential for remote roles).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
