Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse machinery to process inventory accurately.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for reading labels and tallying orders.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures and environments.
