Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and bins according to customer orders.
- Verify item counts and scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills for counting items and handling inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 18 years or older.
