Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select merchandise from shelves and pack it securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock levels and ensure accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time hours.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking orders and verifying inventory.
- Basic Math: Ability to perform basic calculations and read labels.
