Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, pallets) to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy, check for damages, and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, stage, and transport pallets to designated shipping lanes efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
