Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and log them into the system.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards for all tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and orders.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
