Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and quality before packaging to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Ensure shipping containers are properly labeled, sealed, and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Load and unload trucks as required during shift changes and peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (candidates without a diploma are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and scanning verification.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and overtime as needed.
