Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage shelves based on picking orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping addresses and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management software efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Verify accuracy of orders against packing slips before dispatch.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively within the warehouse.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
