Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from warehouse shelves and storage areas using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Pack products securely into boxes, cartons, or crates, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure all quality control standards are met before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials and lifting.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver, IL facility.
