Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality standards are met before packaging.
- Organize warehouse aisles to maintain a safe and clutter-free working environment.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks accurately using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and verifying items.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
