Responsibilities
- Pick products from shelves and racks based on customer orders and pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, and labeling equipment.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing to ensure quality control.
- Organize and maintain the packing station to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for the right candidates.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and weighing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and reduce returns.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs arise.
