Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Label, weigh, and inspect items to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, maintaining proper inventory records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
