Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Packaging: Ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Data Entry: Update inventory management systems with accurate picking and packing data.
- Team Support: Assist with loading trucks and supporting fellow warehouse staff during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in picking and counting items.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends.
