Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and storage areas with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality control and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
