Job Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld RF scanners.
• Inspect merchandise for quality and packaging defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
• Verify order quantities against packing slips to minimize errors.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
