Job Summary:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment to our customers. We pride ourselves on speed and accuracy, and we are looking for team members who can maintain high standards under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately based on customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitation duties.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
