Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders from the warehouse floor with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify product information and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and tickets.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team setting.
- No criminal record or drug testing required.
