Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts immediately.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
