Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using proper equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (if required).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic is the main requirement.
