Responsibilities
- Safely load/unrefrigerated products in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Food Handler's Permit a plus
- Reliable transportation required
