Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to Houston industrial area
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license (plus forklift certification training)
