Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using automated systems and scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required and perform routine safety checks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- License: Valid driver’s license is preferred but not strictly required for general warehouse labor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus, but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
