- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport packages and inventory items using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and organize stock, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks under supervision to assist in warehouse operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be available for varying shifts, including weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime or shift work as needed.
