Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory following quality control protocols
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout through systematic stocking and rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety compliance
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment
